i like to consider myself curious. i enjoy optimizing workflows, learning about tools on linux/unix systems,
and contribute to open source!
then i saw a 16k★ web scraper doing double the work it needed to. i refactored the engine to capture
screenshots during the primary scraping pass instead of running a second browser navigation cut per page
load times in half and got my code merged upstream!
went to a 48-hour hackathon, wired up EKG sensors to process biometric signals in real time, and walked away
with first place!
currently competitive programming in ICPC (placed 7th in pacnw div 2), teaching python as a TA for CST 205
